2014 Lease

Has anyone looked into leasing a 2014 lately ?
I'm curious what kind of deals people are getting.

That's not very special... (then again, its probably just meant to be a starting point for negotiation). the total lease obligation (assuming 8% tax rate on the monthly payment.. like in CA... and including the cap cost reduction of $5542) is $22k... the total lease obligation on my '12 35i with $63k msrp is $21k with similar lease terms

OP, find out the money factor and residual, then use truecar.com as a purchase price ceiling. It is pretty easy to get a great lease deal these days

Or if you want something turn key, you can take over the lease on my car =D I will even throw in some extras, like a set of OEM 325M wheels with non RFT and TPMS

I found the below on an auto site, so I'm not entirely sure how accurate it is. It also doesn't list mileage per year.

I was sort of hoping I would see some of the killer lease deals they had on these cars at one time, but these don't seem to be that great.

I'm also contemplating finding a used one instead, but I'm wondering if the used prices will tumble much once the new model comes out.

I miss the deals they had a few years ago.

I paid $1500 drive off (wheel/tire insurance inc, so without that it would've been a fair amount under $1k drive off), $650/month tax inc. 24 months, 10k miles, $65k MSRP.

about 8 months ago i was offered a 72k 35iS (or was it 74k? i forgot, 70k+), nothing out of pocket, $700/month. but i needed to do 7MSD.

You can conver the APR to money factor by dividing by 2400. so 0.0013 which is pretty standard. If that is for a 15k mile/year lease, it is usually +1% residual for 12k mile/year and +2% for 10k mile/year least. So if its 64% for a 36 mo lease, that isn't bad, especially if you are able to get a below invoice deal on a Z4 that has been sitting on the lot.

truecar.com is suggesting +$250 over invoice is achievable without negotiation, and without the $1000 incentive your post showed, so you should be able to get a solid deal of $750 under invoice at least

My '12 35i has 14 months left and is $589/mo incl tax. If you went with a lower MSRP 28i, hopefully you can beat that.

Is the base price somewhere around £33k for a 28i ? That is a great buy. well done. Why get a used Z4 with that kind of discounting
