650i M sport tires on z4 35is?

I am thinking of putting more aggressive 20" 275/295 setup to replace the current stock 19" 245/275 on my 2014 650i convertible with M sport. Then using these 19" for my 2013 Z4 35is which is also on stock 19" 225/255 setup. Has any one here ever had the experience with the bigger, wider tires on Z4? the fitment calculator said my tires will be 14mm closer to suspension components and poke out 6mm. Rim will be 4mm closer to suspension components. It will also rise about 20mm. I checked back on the forum, but couldn't find any clear answer.

Current setups

2014 650i
front 245/40/19 rim 19x8.5 et 33
rear 275/35/19 rim 19x9 et 44

2013 z4 35is
front 225/35/19 rim 19x8 et 29
rear 255/30/19 rim 19x9 et 40
