2016 mineral white 35i first mods

been driving an e46 for almost 10 years, it was time to move on.. keeping mods light since its a lease, but have already 1) debadged 2) short antenna 3) mhd stage 1 91oct 4) h&r sport springs 5) swapped wheels w/ my e46

wanted red interior, but got a better deal on black interior.. kind of regret it! otherwise, really enjoying the car, mhd stage 1 made a dramatic difference to power and lowering + ditching oem RFT noticeably reduced bodyroll and improved feel.. next round will be bms dci + h&r sways + fmic, maybe in a month or so.. sorry for the bad impromptu pic! more to come

and a quick shot of the e46, plan to keep it as a daily/beater

Very nice! I love the LMs. I ran reps with my e46 too.

Glad to see you kept the e46.

Looks good, like the look of the rims on the e46, worked out well for both cars.

thanks guys, i thought about getting new shoes but i still love my lm reps after all these years!

did a few more minor mods recently:
muffler delete (debated burnt tips for a while, thought it might look ricey but not bad w/ white i think)
weisslicht corners
painted reflectors
35% madico charcool

next up:
h&r f&r sways
bms dci
body color roll bar cover
body color LCI reflector
fmic (maybe)

think ill be done after that!

Looking good, did the sway bars make a big improvement to the handling.

What was the sway bar install like? I haven't seen any DIY's for the e89.

front was very straightforward/simple.. rear took some finesse, dont need to drop the subframe but exhaust is def in the way and its an awkward angle to get the sway in/out... not too bad overall, took about an hour

How do you like the new exhaust tips. Did the tone change at all?

i think it did refine the tone a bit, maybe just placebo though

i really like how it looks, def prefer it over the burnt tips.

I agree, much better than burnt tips for this type of car. I like burnt tips on Supras, not so much on beemers, maybe a handful of hardcore e90/46 M3's.

Loving the exhaust tips , can I ask how you fitted these ?

Did you have to cut the old tips off and weld these on ?

Where did you buy the tips ?

I'm also thinking of doing the H & R sway bars , just waiting to put on my eibach springs
