These are the inner rear control arm bushings. I have a set of these for an E46 restoration we are doing. I gave up trying to figure out how to push them out of the control arms, given how thin the outer steel sheath is. I'm sure there is a way to do it, though, as they sell the part to be pushed and replacement.
