Anybody has instructions to disassemble side view mirrors ?

My 2011 Z4 passenger side side view mirror fold/open mechanism seems to be broken. I have to manually move it and can hear a click before it goes into lock position and hard to move. Anybody has instructions to disassemble side view mirrors ?

i don't guarantee it, but i think i read on another forum, or maybe this one, that the back just pries off.

Yes that's true but I think the op is looking for more than that.
