The digital speedo readout rocks!

We coded my '11 Z4is for the digital speedo readout and it is fantastic! So much better than trying to follow the needle. It gives you the option of a readout that matches the needle or a TRUE speed readout that is 2-3 mph slower than the needle which is the one that I chose. It shows up where the MPG readout etc is and you just scroll to it and don't lose any of the other readouts. Instructions are at the ********* site. Highly recommended!

it's more than 2-3 mph when speeds get up there though :d

The speed matches my GPS's estimated speed too.

i'm too lazy to join bmw coding... could someone provide some company's contact info or who/how to get the codes changed

I also coded the windshield wipers to go all the way down if turn ignition off first. I already installed SmarTop which has options on it about closing windows all at once etc that I activated through it. Have found a code to keep the angel eyes bright when the headlights are on but am making sure works on the E89 first since was posted for other models. Hey Memphis 1:there is a section on BMW coding that will put you in contact with someone who is hopefully close to you that will do the coding for you.

I did that too, I just don't understand why it is not default behaviour.
