Should be listed on you window sticker. If you have a garage, you can just try this out (or wait until it's dark) ... turn the light switch to Auto, make sure the low beams are on (automatically), briefly push the high beam lever. You should see the high beam auto light in the instrument cluster.

Interesting. I do have them. Pushing the stoke once gets to the auto high beam. Twice it is the permanent one.
Just found it on the options list: S5ACA Fernlichtassistent.
