Just put my Z4 on swapalease

Hey everyone,

I have put my Z4 on swap lease if anyone is interested. I am giving $4000 to the person who takes it over, however I am open to offers. In case anyone is interested on how it works, BMW Financial is one of the few companies out there that allows a person to completely assume a lease from someone else. Everything is done through Swaplease and to BMW Financial... so you will be leasing the car from BMW Financial under my terms. Once assumed, all financial and credit risk passes to you. My car is loaded with lots of extras... if you want them... I hardly have driven it the 16 months it has sat in my garage... Oh a couple of items not mentioned in the ad is a stubby antenna and the brake calipers have been painted black...

http://www.swapalease.com/lease/deta...x?salid=777850

PM me or contact me on swapalease if you are interested....

Folks.. how this works is this... my payment is $1500 a month.... 20 months left... I am paying the buyer 4k (as of right now) up front which brings the payment down to $1300 a month. Again, I am willing to accept offers. Sellers will front the buyer cash in order to either lower the monthly payment or use for what ever.

I think Nick's comment was more geared towards the idea that there was ANYONE out there with a lease payment that high on this car.

I certainly wish you luck in moving it, but I suspect that it wont be easy going.

I pay less than half that on a fully loaded 2012 35i. Extended leather, PDC, everything.

But wish you much luck.

36 per mo x $1500 =$54,000 paid to BMW FS over the life of the contract

That should be a loan payment and not a lease payment.

OP, were you underwater on your trade on value and rolled an additional amount into the lease?

Can you please let us know where you got the car from and who the sales person was?

Yeah, that's the lease payment on a brand new S-Class or well optioned Porsche 911.

I've seen Aston Martin lease trades go for that amount.

Good luck. Last summer, a loaded z4 lease payment is less than half of that. Stand corrected, about 1/3 of that.

I suspect OP is actually a used car dealership owner / employee based on the swapalease post starting with a "we" and referencing multiple vehicles...

congrats on the sale. but as others have said it really is amazing what people will pay, since the type of "deal" you gave is achievable on a brand new E89...

Actually, FalconFlyer does have several BMWs. Search him in the forum and you'll see 3 parked in his driveway.
