Leaks already

Right at 2 years old - just had my windshield roof gasket replaced today - anyone else?

Just wondering what the future holds if this only last 2 yrs...

How did you maintain the gasket? What products did you use?

Sorry to hear that OP. I saw a post a while ago from an owner in Thailand(?) with a pic of his roof with a huge leak in the seal between the two roof pieces during a car wash.

On my own car I was getting a lot of creaking noise from the windshield gasket after 18months and the dealer lubricated the whole area. Tech commented that the seal was very dry so this could definitely be a trouble spot in the future to look out for and prevent.

I've only had the car for 5 months (and 8k miles

)

and had only treated that seal once with Gummi Pflege. No rips/tears or other damage noted...
