going to grab a er cp soon, any thoughts on tial vs hks bov?

I believe the HKS is much louder.

I have Tial and it sounds good, not too loud/ obnoxious. After inlets the sounds changed a bit, but if your stock inlet it shouldn't be a problem.

here's a video of some one showing the Tial.
