Z4 35i Dyno - Cobb PTF Pro Etune

93 Octane
Stock Turbos
DTC
HPF FMIC
AR DP's
Remis Exhaust
Drop-In Filter

I dyno'd my car this weekend after PTF finished my Etune. As you can see the tune is crazy smooth and it is putting down good safe power.

WOW. Great increase to 366 HP. Thats a 22% increase. How noticable does the power feel on the road? Normal vs.Sport Plus?

Actually it is much more than that. 366 is wheel hp, which would equal about 440 at the crank.

I would like to see some 60 times out of that setup. AR downpipes and FMIC are in the cards in the not to distant future for my 35is

That power is awesome but heck, with AR DPs (race cats), FMIC, Eisenmann, drop in filter, charge pipe, and ESS Stage 1, our e89 breaks loose at 45 mph when you hit the gas. It is fun but must be carefully used.

How many maps and data logs did it take to get to the final map?

Only 2 and the 2nd map only had very minor changes. PTF knows what the are doing with the N54.

I had this problem with my 6MT 135i but not with my DCT Z4. DCT and KWV3's control the power very well.

got a sound clip of AR+Remus for your N54....does it sound like close to this 335, which is by far the best sounding N55 I have heard.

Great results. You 93 octane guys are lucky. Wished we had that stuff here in Cali. And we probably pay much more for our 91 than you pay for your 93.

Are you running catless or HFC DPs?

I think it's closer to 260, assuming 15% drivetrain loss. 100 whp gain is pretty darn good.

True I guess it depends on whether the dyno operator inputting the correction factors is an ego booster or a heart breaker

We've got 100 octane at the pumps in CA though....
