What manufacture of tranny fulid do you use

Manual transmission. What manufacture do you use?
Royal Purple
Redline
Castrol
BMW
ETC. also what was your mileage interval change

I'm hearing Royal Purple is the way to go. It eliminates the notchy feel of the transmission and shifts more smoothly in the morning when cold

I use Redline ATF. BMW specs ATF rather than MTL for the manual tranny.

Stick with the factory fill unless you have some hard data (i.e. used oil analysis) to show there is less wear with a different oil
