My bad I got confused with some of the details from another case. It was actually a neighborhood where the drunk kid and his buddies where vandalizing cars they fucked with the wrong guy and he came out all swearing and I think the kids started getting all rowdy. He said he had the gun because he and his brother where threatened and feared because the kids where saying they where "going to shank them" so he fired 2 shots in their direction and one hit the kid in the head. The guy was on probation for having a firearm on him and locked up before for possession of heroin and cocaine with the intent to distribute. He was first charged with second degree murder but the sentence was reduced to manslaughter because the evidence in the kids pocket proved that he had 3 pocket knives which he could have used. If it happened in Florida he could have used the stand your ground law. And it was actually 8 years he was sentenced but 2 and a half years pre-trial credit. He'll be out soon. That's why you don't fuck around with some people.

I had parked in a "compact" in the e90. While I was in the car, lady pulls her Expedition in next to me so tight I couldn't even move straight back. She got out, walked the other side and looked back at me, then locked her door with the remote.

Good thing I was still battling a cold because I rolled down the window and left a big ass message dripping down her passenger window.
