Love the Navitimer line, will be my everyday watch, cant wait for it to get here.

Tourneau is crap, they offered to give me 5% off my watch, i laughed at them.

Check out this website http://forums.watchuseek.com/index.php
Join and ask for a AD(authorized dealer) that is willing to negotiate a price that is in the 20%+ off range. Never pay retail on watches.
I have a Navitimer as well (leather band) and my father collects Breitlings. They are IMO (i am slightly biased) the best watch you can buy for the money.

I read on a forum that it's something like 45% before and it's now 50% (or the other way around). Either way they are still making a nice profit at 35% off.

I went to check out the Seamaster Chrono Diver and the Chronometer 300 M (james bond) watches today. The Chrono Diver is one thick ass watch!! It's about 1/4-3/10 inch thicker. It looks pretty nice though. The Chronometer is also pretty nice (in its own, simpler way). With what I was quoted the Chrono is only about $150 more. I still don't know which one I wanna go with. If the chrono was a bit thinner I would go with it but it's pretty damn thick...

It actually looks decent for daily wear. It weights like 4oz. I left it back in NY. I'll post pictures in a few weeks when I'm back.

i'm debating between a rubber strap tag heuer formula one and something different. it'd be for everyday wear and i'm a college student, suggestions? (it's a graduation present, sub 800$)

^^ Drool.

I'm still thinking I'd go with a leather strap, that band would swallow my wrist. Very nice piece/photos.
