NAV volume

Good morning.

I have had my car for a month now and am very pleased with it. One item I have yet to figure out is how to adjust the volume of the verbal instructions when using NAV. I entered an address and was underway but could not hear the instructions. I turned up the radio which increased the nav volume, but there must be a setting for nav volume that I have not been able to find. When the radio volume is OK, the nav voice is very low. I have had cars with NAV since 2000 and have never ran into this before. I viewed the videos again and that was no help. Any suggestions? Thanks

You can turn "her" instruction volume up or down WHILE she's speaking using the volume knob or the buttons on the steering wheel.

I'll try that. I did turn the volume up using the knob on the radio, but both the radio and her voice increased. On my CTS and the wifes Lexus, when she speaks, the radio is muted somewhat. The other problem is you have to know when she is going to speak. LOL
