Adding Speed camera POIs??

I've been seeing threads (from other BMW forums) regarding addition of POIs that will show speed cameras on your nav screen throughout Europe. (Most threads sound like it's only available in EU so far)

Dunno if this is possible on our cars?
Anybody have knowledge on this?
