the sDrive badge
Normally I am not bothered about showing the engine capacity on my car, but I really am starting to think that the sDrive badge on each side is a bit naff. I'm seriously considering asking the dealer to remove it before I collect, but keep the Z4 badge on the rear. What are our thoughts on this - keep the sDrive badges or remove them?

I'm thinking the exact same thing. Do I keep them or do I remove them. I'm tempted to remove the side SDrive badges but less sure about the Z4 badge on the back. Also, does anyone know when you have to tell the dealer about this? I know it's a free "optional extra" but surely you can let them know anytime prior to it being made.

so, if let's say in 50 years this was a collectible car....would the badges on the car have higher value? Just curious if it makes a difference, not like I will be around in 50 years to find out.

The "Z4" logo on the rear looks COMPLETELY out of place.. was that really the best location they could find for it? Reminds me of when a body shop does a half-assed job and puts the car's logo back in the wrong place, advertising to the world (along with your now body-colored muffler) that your car has been smacked in the rear. I vote to remove ALL badging from this thing, except for the roundels. I suspect many owners will do this. In some markets, you can order the car debadged.. wish they would do this for the states.
