Looking for Z4 lease assumption
I am interested in doing a lease assumption on an '11 z4(35i or 35is). Large down payment no problem if MSD's, but if not would like to keep DP under $1000. Already recently approved through BMWFS but seller changed mind at last minute. Looking for a payment less than $700. Thanks. |

Without going crazy on the options you can get a 35i for around $660/mo with $0 down and first month as drive away. Last year I was getting quotes of $501/mo for a 30i with $0 down and nothing due at signing.

I could really kick myself for not buying one in August when I had the chance. Those lease rates were crazy low. They are not nearly as attractive now and I was just hoping to find someone looking to get rid of one with less than 24mo on the lease. I would really prefer the 35is.

I have only really seen lease trades of the 35is on these forums, but I imagine that the people who got the low rates last year will be getting the 1 year itch this spring so there may be a small tide of low payment trades. On that note, if anyone wants a 2011 Jeep Wrangler for $311/mo around spring... .

However, currently there is nothing comparable to my 35is for what I'm paying. $700! I'm well below that without any cap cost reduction or MSDs. Anyone care to make an offer?

I have found a few 35is but none of them have navigation or they all have red leather. I cant imagine paying $70k for a vehicle and not getting NAV. Porsche owners are the worst when it comes to that. Maybe it is a generational thing? Who knows. My target range for an 35is is $600. If i could get that or better I would be all over it. I was approved through BMWFS for a 35i takeover that the seller backed out on so now it's just a matter of finding a replacement. If anyone has got one they are looking to unload or make some room in their garage I would love to make an offer. Thanks.

I love my coral red leather! Goes beautifully with silver. A classic combo IMHO.
http://e89.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=564825 I do have navi, hardly ever use it! If only I could find something else to fit my needs, I'm sure you would be all over this assumption...

I hate to pry but would you mind PM(ing) me the payment and taxes? If nothing else for comparison sake. Hard to imagine someone finding something to replace "that" with. The only other car I am considering is an M3.

Interesting how your first post notes <$700 and progresses to $600... Let's just say you'd be looking at 36% less (base) than your first figure

I like a good deal way more then what my ass is sitting on. Sounds like you got a great deal. Just like everyone else who took advantage of the great lease rates that I let slide. Hindsight is what it is...now the trick is getting some of you fortunate souls to let go of those deals. Have a nice evening.

Beautiful car with perfect color combo. Great payment as well. Only reason I'm not all over this is no DCT. After driving one with that you don't ever want to go back. I am not really one of those purist sports car junkies. I am sure if you decide to sell it won't sit long. Most owners don't want to get rid of such a great car.

I love my coral red leather too! Looks great in my space grey metallic. Very classy and mature. I'm reaching an age that inspires whispers of "midlife crisis," but my car looks more elegant than sporty. Leave the yellow paint and alcantara to the actual race car drivers.
