Stereo sound

So i have the professional kit with perhaps the upgraded speakers ( how do i know?) and i find the sound quite good. As good as my Cooper S was at least but say i have it turned up quite loud it will lower the volume within reason. I know in the mini the faster you drive the sound increased but this is happening without that.

A fault prehaps? Its quite annoying. Or maybe I'm just deaf and have it turned up too much!

Professional system has 14 speakers with output of 650 watts, business system has 11 with output of 245 watts. I think standard system only has 6 speakers.

In your audio set-up there should be a "surround" option that you can tick or un-tick, if that is available, then i think you have premium sound, if not you dont.

I also think think that premium sound usually have black speakers on the side on the door rather than speakers with the color of the interior.

i.e. If you have coral red interior with red speakers, you do not have premium sound

please correct me if I'm wrong guys.
