Buying used '13 z4 sd28i loaded - advise

Hi everyone, buying the above used one here in Ontario around 40,000 km n already have a 335 '09. So this would be a summer car. carproof shows $3k front side bumper damage..we looked under the hood and doesn't seem like anything major rework had been done.

I was doing some reading up and had few questions on this model year.
i read about the N20 engine issues for these models..and if i should be worried.

also roof being mechanical, should i be looking for any wear n tear signs.
the car is loaded except for pdc n camera which sucks

any other concerns or things to look out for. I will be test driving it tomorrow.
also i did see the brake fluid needs changing and service light was on when i was looking at it.

i have the same year, make and model.

mine is mostly stupid AC and window problems.

how much is the asking price?

around 34k cad. I'm actually spoiled with my 335d 425 torque..but will see the difference when i test drive it if there is any.

that's high for a 4 year old 4 cylinder with that many miles and bumper damage. M sport package....... mayyyyyyybe...... BMW dealer or 3rd party? extended warranty in play and transferable?

its around 21k miles as it's Km here. its loaded with all the packages. No M that i saw in the specs or at the car. does have paddle shifters. 3rd party dealer n no warranty which is extra

i got a certified pre-owned 2-yr-11-mo-old recently returned leased car with 8,900 miles on it + 2 years extended warranty for $32,000. asking price was $38,999. when no one bought it the first week, they dropped it to $36,500 the 2nd week.

maybe i just got lucky. maybe everything in canada is a little more expensive. i don't know anything about canada other than the 6 hockey teams. take my input with a grain of salt.

assuming it depreciated another $5,000-7,000, personally, i wouldn't pay more than $27,000 for it now.
