Stealer prices...RealOEM help needed

So I took the car in today and lets say they want ALOT of money for things. There are 2 pieces I wanted to replace on the interior and first of all said they would not cover it under warranty.

First: Is the passenger side centre console leather has a number of deep scratches from previous owner where you would put your hand to open the arm rest. I though they would replace this piece but as real oem is this 1 single large piece or is there a left and right? as per link and picture below? They want 700 dollars for this part here

Second: the button on the idrive "Nav" is scratched pretty bad and I wanted to have just that button replaced but they said they have to replace the whole unit, quoting 300 dollars for the part and THREE HUNDRED for labor.

You might have to reprogram the car. When my "Nav" part #2 needed to the replaced, the entire 'Nav' unit was replaced and they had to reprogram the car. It will take more than 6hrs to reprogram.
