Cleaning striping in alcantara seats

Hi,

Just a question for the car detailers here, I have a Z4 2.8I with the alcantara seats and orange/white striping in the middle. Now I would like to freshen that striping back up a bit, how would I best tackle that?

A damp micro fibre cloth with a little shampoo works well..the cloth is moisture tolerant so several passes with a damp cloth works well..

If it’s stained then a specialist interior cleaner may help…

I tend to use my drying off micro fibre cloth after I’ve washed the car just to give them an occasional wipe..I have the Atacama Yellow version with the more subtle yellow inset piping..

There are no stains on it but after 10 years, you can see that the fabric has turned a bit greyer.
The way you describe can't hurt the alcantara fabric besides the striping?
Thank you for the info.

No it’s fine, I had some light stain marks on the door cards…same material worked a treat…soapy damp cloth will do no harm whatsoever…just let it dry out naturally..
