use a 90 degree pick tool or something really sharp that has a handle on it, and an angle of some sort, heat it up and then insert into middle area of roundel, once you get a good enough sunk in there, and get a grip and lift it up,

doing it this way makes for no form of prying and possible damage to hood/painted area...

then pop in new roundel as needed...all done

Did you see the photo I posted, there are nuts on the back of the roundel in our Z4s. So be careful with your pick tool

ahh that is did not see.....on like 90% of other roundels there is no nuts just you gotta pull really hard! haha ive never done one the e89....
