Or is dort separate from 3d designs? lol sorry can't read kanji and my laptop battery is dead - maybe I go look tomorrow at websites from work with google translate on chrome >.<

Na it's not 3d design, the side skirt, rear guard panel and rear fender are from Duke Dynamic's widebody kit. It looks like they haven't got the full kit though (i.e. the front lip and hood).

I'm looking at also getting it but wondering if the parts can be bought separately
