Got a call today. They say they will order a new bumper. They could not guarantee a 100% job with a repair. I'm happy
Anyone know if the dark gray part of the M-bumper is part of the whole bumper? The whole thing is one part right? I told him I want this replaced also since there were a few tiny scratches there too. |

Hi! Good news on the bumper, as I said I thought it was odd that they tried to repair it, as it is in BMW terms not expensive but will make for a better repair. The dark grey diffuser is a separate part so if damaged they should also replace, mute point if they do decide to repair in some way if damaged then you could ask them to paint it the same colour as your car as I think the 2012-13 have this the same colour of the main bodywork and I think it makes for better line!!! clearly my opinion!!!
