The factory single use clamp on the OEM charge pipe is a bitch to take off. Be patient because it will take you awhile to cut or break it off. There is a crimp along the clamp that you should be able to break, but unfortunately the crimp on mine was on the underside that I couldn't get to so had to gnaw may way through the steel clamp with steel cutting shears.

So the OEM clamp would have to broken off for the install? would I need to order new clamps for the install of ER charge pipe? or if I want to return it back to stock would the restore be 100% seamless?

I didn't know this was a issue until now.

The charge pipe should come with a clamp. Restore to OEM would be seamless with exception of the clamp.

All stock with exception of the charge pipe and exhaust.
Yeah the HKS BOV sounds good.

TODO: install ER FMIC and Cobb V3.
