Roadworthiness test?

Just popped up on my car's computer: it's on p60 of my manual, #4 symbol. What is that? My SA said in Canada it's nothing and only needs a reset to remove the pop-up.

It reminds about legally required inspections. Here in France the first is at four years after the first registration and every two years after that.

that's the MOT test done in England and Ireland.
