I have a SmartTop for sale. I am returning my car back to stock. It has worked great. No problem at all. It is a must have for Z4. You can open/close the top without holding down the button. It will also fold your mirrors when you lock the doors.

What original part? It will come with that is pictured and a USB cable. Install instructions can be downloaded online. I can do a printout if needed but it's so simple. I installed it within 15/20mins and it's my first time

Does this allow you to open the top with the Key FOB without CA? If so, this what I'm looking for. But I thought it was $300 at the dealer, and they do the install? Or was I misinformed?

This will allow you to open and close the top without CA. Dealer doesn't offer this item.

Oh, okay...and just to clarify: open and close the top WITH the key fob while standing away from the car? Like, as I'm walking up to it I can open it?
