Z4 28i tuning

Has anyone got any info on any tunes or power upgrades for the n20 based z4?

Thinking of ordering one but depends a lot on its tuning potential.

Currently drive a 335i stock, would be happy to pull the trigger on the z4 if I know for sure there will be tunes in the future that allow me to get to around 300hp at the fly.

I mean that would be under 5 secs to 60 in a 4 cyl bmw, I am game for that

Give it some time, the engine has just been out... Trust me, you will get your 300+whp easy in the near future

Thanks for the reply, I think I will place my order in the next couple of weeks.

Hopefully will be lots of aftermarket tuning bits for this engine/car.

Nice, do tell me more about how the engine felt? I am having to order without test driving one as my local dealer doesn't have any N20 based cars.

Literally just going on the few reviews and hope I won't find it too much slower than my 335i.

I did drive the z4 30i and it felt fantastic, much more sporty drive than my e92.

I've driven the 335i and I currently drive the Z4 35is. The 28i is noticeably slower.
