Strange Nav behaviour - turn both left and right!!

Ok so it simply told me to turn left AND right at several streets in the city, possible interference from buildings?

Using a split screen, left screen map showed a right hand turn and right screen side(arrow view) said turn left, happened for at least 3 streets!!

It was like having the wife in the car navigating!!!!

Yeah had mine do that, once it was in the city so I figured a bum gps signal. The other was in the country and I figured that was old map data.. Time to update..

Maybe your iDrive was programmed by Yogi Berra?

In my Z4s I never had a Navi ... I used my TomTom and it also did this on occasions. I think it has to do with not being up to date for the road maps in the area it happens (in my case it happened in a new area on the outskirts of town).

Hopefully a BMW software update will fix that for you.

Good Luck
