Suzuki swift (1.2L ) on the expressway. I dont know what the guys were thinking.

On the longer trips the serious ones were 50+ yr old man on the new E class. good 200 km on the highway. He got smoked each time he tried to overtake.

Porche panamera 4s - short sprint , traffic came up

E55 AMG - short sprint, Z4 was ahead by a good distance

Nisan Armada. Yes a Nissan Armada.

We were both in poll position at a red light, where within a 1/4 mile the 2 lanes would merge into one lane. He must have wanted to grab the lead position once the merge occured, so he punched it as hard as he could. I purposely delayed just long enough to chuckle while switching to Sport +, and away I went. He got a good look at my rear bumper long before the merge.

Then I got the tailgaiting the SUVs usually do out of frustration. As if to say, "I didn't get what I wanted by passing you, so now I'm frustrated and I'm going to tailgate you to try to piss you off".

I usually have none of that, so quickly, I switched to manual, downshift a gear, slowed down about 2 miles per hour for about 2 seconds, just enough to make him slow down a bit, then punched the gas pedal just enough to create the normal safe distance there ought to be between 2 cars traveling at 50 mph.

It's funny, because I didn't get pissed off at him because he had more luggage space.

Not a race per se, but found myself yesterday on a country road behind a Porsche Cayenne Turbo driven by one of the few Connecticut drivers who's not pissing themselves with fear while driving.

She was hauling ass, and seemed surprised to see I could keep up with her. The combined sounds of the two cars was amazing with the top down!

Mitsubishi Evo this morning, big aftermarket exhaust. Ran up on another car in my lane, I was not pushig it but was ahead with no problem. Typical punk in a car like that. Quick shifting DCT is sweet indeed!

A mitsubishi "evil-lution" tried today as well. He was darting in and out of traffic on a 5 lane highway on 580 and ended up falling behind attempting to cut others off.
