Suspension, wheels and tires

My ride is dropped a bit with 20" wheels and I want to go back to something more stock. While I like to look, the ride blows.

I am a newb with these cars so some help is appreciated.

Staggered versus non-staggered? 18" or 19"...I am leaning towards 19".

Any after market suspensions that still compliment the non-M adaptive?

Go hit a dealer and test drive with both the 18s and 19s and see what you like. Personally I prefer the 18's (and the tires are a little cheaper too). If you trust the engineers, and want to put the wider tires on it, stay with a staggered set-up.

Do a search, plenty of tire/wheel info out here already to give you opinions

19'' with 225/40/19 and 255/35/19 and you 'll be fine.

I am using 235/40/18 and 265/35/18 non RFT on the OEM 18s and like it a lot

I think all the aftermarket spring/damper combos all require you to block off the connector for the adaptive dampers. I am not sure if there are any aftermarket springs that are meant to work with those adaptive dampers either

For my new VMR wheels after driving stock with both 18 and 19 inch, I stayed with my 18" VMR 710 wheels, staggered. I also stayed with the with stock (for now) Run Flat OEM as they only had 2000 miles on the. In the future for new tires I wil go with PSS.

However with a standard NON adaptive suspenison I just installed H and R Lowering springs and love the look, ride and better handling charteristics.
