Wife totaled out her 2011 Z4 35i. DCT Trans and N54 are perfect. Full part out.
This is more of a feeler thread. I'm considering buying the car back from the insurance company. She hit a curb at about 25mph (so she says lol) and jacked up the front right corner (pics to come) of the car which actually twisted the front corner i.e. the unibody and now its considered "totaled". Trans and engine run just fine. No damage done at all to them. I'd even offer a full refund for any issues. My question is; is there any interest with these parts? 22k miles. Post on up. Here is a pre-accident photo. Post accident ones to come if I get any interest on here. Location: Charleston SC Here's a few pics of the car |

Tough sell those wheels are prone to cracking and rest looks stock. Furthermore its not even an M-sport so bumpers side skirts and rear are a no go too. It is all pre-facelift so can't take the headlights. All in all will be tough to part out unless you are going to sell to a body shop

Would have to get for under $5-6k to make it worth it. Engine ~$3k, tranny no idea (probably another $3k) - other than that it's going to be a long part out....

Guys (and ladies if there are any),
I am so sorry for not getting back to you. This has been a huge fight with USAA on what they "feel" the car is worth and what I feel it's worth. Between that and selling one house, and closing on another I completely forgot about this. I have yet to buy back the car. And to be honest, I would like to just sell the whole car. If I buy it back I just won't have the time right now to part this thing down. Is anyone interested in the whole car I can get pictures next week of the accident and we can go from there. USAA at first didnt think it would be totaled. They spent $8000 dollars repairing the front end to get it rolling. Just to find out the top would not line up with the window. So they totaled it. Probably why there not giving my price i want since they just blew $8000 to just have to eat it. We SHOULD have come to agreement come next week. That being said, I once again am very sorry for just ditching out! It will not happen again. I will check in here and there and make sure to reply to my Pm's with-in 24 hours. Sorry again. TandR |

Just as they (USAA) call me and give me all the money for my roof without submitting receipts today..hmmm....
Anyway - hope you get it all settled, and let the games begin... Any performance goodies: downpipes/charge pipe/JB4 (or anything else non-stock)? |
