I'm from Sout Africa. Just a quick question - how long do you wait from build start to getting your car for offshore locations? Anyone from the US or so to possibly comment?

I have the sDrive23i aswell but with the one-clutch sportsautomatic and I love it. In "confort" mode it does a great job for daily use but once you go to "sport" or "sport+" mode it becomes very fast and gives you a real sportscar feeling, not only when shifting up but even more when shifting down. Last Sunday I made a trip to the Eifel in Germany in the vicinity of the famous Nürburgring and enjoyed every bit of it. Cornering felt a little bit heavier then with my "old Z4 but the auto-gearbox made up for this. This was a real fun drive... want more now...

It is a beautiful combination. Personally i was considering the black but my wife REALLY liked the white. I liked the white much more but was thinking practical as I drink coffee daily & don't want any messes on the seats. But a little extra care should handle it and it will be worth it.

Just thought it was time for a change from the manuals I've had for the last 20 years. And next year we are moving to a VERY congested area and having a manual is kind of a pain in the ass when stuck in traffic for hours.

On my contract it says 75 days. However, I'm told it will most certainly be less than 60 days.

It is worst in my case, manufacture in July and delivery in late Sept. Just wonder if they don't have enough quota of HK....
