Roof issue

cannot close the roof......

Red LED keep on flashing (open roof) no matter which buttons (open/close) I press

From the manual: If the hardtop is not fully opened or closed, the luggage compartment lid can not be opened and the windows cannot be moved.

yes....that's the case, what should i do to close it? pls help !

Fuse issue?

Likely a micro switch issue. You can't do anything manually. Trip to dealer time.
