P3 Integrated Vent Gauge

Was ebay surfing for parts and stumbled upon this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/P3-Cars-Inte...ae750b&vxp=mtr

There is a cable to the display that connects to the OBD II to display the boost, etc.

It's an interesting mod and have a boost gauge there in the vent.

I would love to see an aftermarket gauge cluster that can go into the navigation location. I don't have nav, so it would be a perfect place to put a gauge cluster and be able to flip it up or down.

why not just mount the cobb AP near the left vent by the door?

Also, IMHO, just set up logging and analyze later..... in car gauge is more just eye candy for passengers.... I had a $$$ Omori boost gauge, oil pressure and fuel pressure setup in my old WRX and never really used it... passengers loved it though...

That's where I have it mounted, just don't want to plug it in, take it out, hide it, or take it with me. Maybe Cobb monitors these forums and create an AP3 that you can install it somewhere that is inconspicuous but still visible when in the driver seat.

ive seen e90s running vent gauges, but this is the first ive seen thats made for e89. and i want it!

I tend to agree. The only gauges that might be nice to have in car would be EGT and oil pressure, either of which can signal an urgent problem. Though, in reality, an EGT issue is one that probably not surface without advance warning.

I got it installed, I personally love how it can clear codes and track 0-60 and 0-100 times. It is a on the expensive side for what it does, but I like it.

Very easy to install, took about 10 min to install. Plug and play into the OBDII.
