Most pranks on a GF are kind of personal. So without knowing anything about you and her, it's kind of difficult to come up with "genius" ideas for you.

do you live together? does she park her car out side at night? does she car about her car? what are some things that get on her nerves? (other than her having to make all the decisions in the relationship) Is she bleach blond? Fat? Skinny? Allergies? Animal lover, hater? Drink alcohol? That'll do to get us started.

Ask her if she would marry you. That's what I did, 28 years ago & have been happily married all those years. We still celebrate April Fools Day as a special day.

Whatever you chose to do, be classy, so you both can laugh about it afterwards.

My wife hates hand lotion / creams because they never rub in fully and always leave her hands feeling a little greasy.

Today, I will be dumping out what remains of her hand sanitizer (which she doesn't mind since it evaporates), and replacing it with personal lubricant (KY). And then I will take her to a restaurant and ask to borrow it, which will make her want some...and watch her rub it in for minutes wondering why it is not evaporating.
