Nice install. I like the wiring and the module down by the steering wheel. My only question is what do you do when you park your car in a public place? Do you remove the detector and place it somewhere out of sight. I would think the high end detectors are a prime smash and grab target.

thanks! yep it is easy to unplug and toss in glove box if i have to park in the city, especially if overnight.. although most times the car is garaged or in a relatively safe suburb
