I personally like mine without. But if I had to choose, I would pick Hartge (4th pic).

I agree, looks great without.
But I really like the 3d design one followed closely by Hartge.

I like the Hartge. The worst one is the Hamann. Once again less is more. If I were going to put one on my car, it would be the Hartge.

I prefer it without. The shape of the boot (trunk) doesn't suit an ugly spoiler tacked on. What sort of down force are you hoping to gain? (most gains are only felt above 100mph I believe)

I like the Hartge because it seems the best in keeping with the original design of the e89

What I don't like about the Hartage is that it makes the back end look like a S2000 to me. I agree she already has a nice 'arse but I think the 3d rendition at least follows the natural lines of the trunk.

Again, can anyone confirm that the 3d is in Black Sapphire? It's the color I chose for my car but I haven't actually seen the color in person.

juhap - you are funny and I would not put a spoiler on this car but I say to anyone "to each his own, it is your car - go for it"

I agree with you. Even though I'll personally never alter the exterior of this car with anything that wasn't specifically designed for the E89 by Juliane Blasi herself, I won't deny anybody's right to mess with perfection

for the z4, black sapphire is the only metallic black bmw makes. the other black is jet black and it is not metallic. the 3d design car is black sapphire. some folks like it, some don't (as with all colors i suppose).
