Has anyone tried to bring their car to the dealer with ESS tune? Is it undetectable?

Hi Rom3n. The solution of flash-at-home and with various setups is truly appealing, a lot of folks here including me would buy it at once, but I have to ask why is it taking that long to be released, almost a year after the reflash was ready. Don't get me wrong, just the fact that you are doing research and testing all that time justifies your reputation as a serious and trustworthy company, but as a potential buyer I would like to know the technical difficulties in the progress of this project. Is it just a matter of steady voltage overcome? Do you find it critical to accompany the reflash with new wastegate and dump valves?

I am confused, because in another post, it has been proven that the stock 35i has already been Dyno'd with 332 HP, from the factory, which is higher than both the 276 and 320 on this Dyno chart.

Are we confusing HP to the wheels with gross HP or something?

The difference is wheel HP vs crank HP.

This is very exciting!!!! I been waiting for a solution like this for ages and debating over a JB3 vs V4 vs JB+!

Will you make one compatible for the 35is or will the 35i one be compatible as it overwrites the OEM code?

The new flash loader will allow the customer to install his / her own software and switch between stock and tuned maps with the push of a button. There is no longer a need to remove the ECU from the car and all software updates and changes can be done via email if needed.

Our new flash Loader installing software in a customers X6M.

PM'ed you on Tues with the following questions - but no reply - so I'll post a copy here for future reference for everyone:

Hi Rom3n,

I would like to know a little more about your new product for the Z4:

1. Does it work on the new 35is model?
2. What are the gains?
3. What is the cost?
4. How long does the flashing operation take (ie: any need for a battery trickle charger)?

I also have a few more once you answer these

Yes you asked the same question nearly 3 Months ago (see top of this page)

Don't think I'd have much confidence in a company that ignored questions like this

You're right guys - it doesnt exactly inspire confidence. But this technology will be revolutionary for the N54 engine, so I really want to see this work.

I wonder if anyone on the e9x forum has heard anything about this - they are a much bigger market than us e89's!

Here's some stuff from their website, including a list of dealers down below. Failing someone from the company getting back with you, I'm guessing one of the dealers would have some inside track on contacts. If that doesn't work then I would give up on them - why do they even bother.
