Help me with tires for my 35is

I’ve always run OEM runflats on my 2012 35is with the 19 inch sport rims. It’s time to replace them and I’m thinking I want better traction and a smoother ride. What do you recommend? Michelin’s Pilots? Eagles?

I highly recommend the Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires. I've got them on my 35is and they are INCREDIBLE. Tons of grip, great in rain, way more quite than the awful run-flats, and WAY more smooth. It literally transformed the car.

I have Michelin PSS on mine with the 19's, and I will have to 2nd this one because the newest version can't be worse than the previous. Go with the P4S.

The Michelin PS4s' are superior to most if not all summer tire offerings in cold weather and rain. I haven't driven in freezing temperatures (doesn't really happen in LA) but I have driven in heavy rain and they performed incredibly. Obviously you have to be careful with summer tires in inclement weather, but I wouldn't trust any other summer tire more.

Check this video out for a freezing temp review:

18 inch non run flats

I had a 2014 35is. One of the first to get the valencia orange LCI refresh. Drove it home from Atlanta in Winter. Not a good experience when tires got cold. Summer run flats suck. Took off the 19s and went with 18s. Big difference. Ride Quality much better. Also tire options in 18 are many in high performance all season. I went with sumitumo. Also wheel spacers a must. Yea handling not as good but i dont care. Lease returned with stock setup in mint condition

Also have 2016 28i in same wheel setup.

Missed the Z4 and got another 3 weeks ago. 2016 with 5000 miles. Did a Dinan stage 1 and now have 310Hp on a 4 Banger.
