Paint touchup kit... Clear laquer drying

From the oem kit, is it salvageable somehow? The touch up paint is still good but the clear coat is turning into resin.

Clear coat is clear coat. Just pick up a tube or spray can of duplicolor at your local parts store.

Actuality, I've wondered the same about the OE color coat touch up. Couldn't get a consistent answer on internet, so I popped for a new, cheaper (non-OE) one.
