Official Wheel Pic/Info Thread

Since we don't have a dedicated wheel/tire forum like the others, a compilation of wheels and tires info should be helpful to everyone looking to get aftermarket wheels.

Please post pics, wheels and tires spec (and if the car is lowered or not) to share with everyone.

Thanks!

thanks for starting this thread! I am trying to see what wheels should i buy, so this thread will definitely help. Does anyone know if the stock tires 225/255 will fit 8.5/9.5 wheels? Or am I better going wider and spending more $?

That pic looks great but is that lowered with KW V3 already? Looks a bit high still but it's adjustable so that might just be your choice of stance. I'd personally lower it maybe another half an inch to close the fender gap.

Well I was hoping people would just post pics and info of their set-up here but I guess no one else is really interested in sharing.

This is our 2nd set up on our project E89. We ran 20x10/20x11 Volk G2s previously. The E89's actually have a lot of space to play with and we are now running 19x9/19x10.5 M3 fitment. No rubbing at all with this set up, drove it to and back from LA at high speeds.

If anyone has any fitment concerns please let me know and I'll be glad to help you guys out.

+25/+29 offset I believe - ran some stretched 235/30 & 275/35. In my opinion a proper a set up for our cars would be M3 fitment. Going to change my wheels again soon!

M3 fitment? too much aggressive on the rear.

I have it on the front: 20x9 et 30 (M3 is 19x9 et 31)

But on the rear the M3 fitment is 19x10 et 25.... Since Z4 OEM is 19x9 et 40... that would be +28 mm...

Japanese fitment is always pretty conservative. The rear isn't even that aggressive, there's still more space in the rear.
