Roof is rattling intermittently - also sometimes hesitates when opening/closing
I was a 3 hour drive and about 1/4 of the drive, the roof was rattling on the passenger side. I did hear of some one lubricating the hinges and other maintenance on the top. Is there a DIY for this yet?

If your car is still under maintenance warranty (or whatever it's called), take it in and have them check all roof functions. When I got my used '13 a year and a half ago, the roof was creaking behind the seats in the trunk area when it was up. The dealer adjusted and lubed everything and it helped considerably. Not perfect, but I really don't expect a retractable hard top to not make any noise.

My roof sometimes hesitates when the roof section separates from the windshield. Acts like the hydraulics are struggling. Seems to happen more often in the morning after it's been sitting a while. I've had it in twice and the dealer could only reproduce it once. They replaced the pump but it still happens occasionally. I have a few more months on the factory warranty and then the CPO warranty kicks in.
