New & need help with my Z4 2012

I'm sure you are correct about the registration however that does not make it a 2012. BMW has not begun production of MY2012 yet, at least as far as Z4's are concerned. For example my registration tabs say 2012 but that has no bearing on the manufacturers model year.

In UAE it’s all based on I the Custom Paper which come with the car also take in to account the shipment from Europe to ME it take almost 50 Day so the day which mission in at the plate inside the car explain the day Which the car gets out from the manufacture.. thats why my car got registerd as 2012

Just look at your VIN again, if the tenth digit (the one before the 'E') is a 'B' then BMW has designated it a MY11, if a 'C' then they designated it a MY12. This is the international standard for designating the MY, and totally unambiguous.

As you can see it's C it means 2012

Different countries differences. The original poster is from UAE-much different that USA.

But the Z4 is only built in one place. I'm told that Munich does not begin production of the 2012 until September. Regardless of where you are ordering your car from..., if BMW is not making them yet it can't be a 2012.
