Carbon interior trim

Hi to all,
anyone have the instructions to dismantle the E89 interior kit?
Specifically, I mean these parts:

I'd like to disassembly them and wrap with a carbon film, but I found some diffulties to do it myself.

Hi, having done a complete trim change on another BMW, the majority are push fit, so releasing them is a matter of using the correct trim tools. Looking at the ones in the pic I could not see any screw holes, but that does not mean they don't exist. You may have to pull off the switches as at least one looks like it needs to be........At least with screws you can see their locations.....
