Small red lights on lower back bumper

What are the small red lights for on the lower back bumper (to the far left and right of the license plate)? I know it's in the manual but if someone has a quick answer I appreciate it.

the US models they are just reflectors, but in the EU models they have rear fog lights over there, that are red in color, we dont get them here.

They are just reflectors in the Euro models too.

On the Euro models, the fog lights are in the light clusters, as stated above these are just additional reflectors to meet EU passive reflector square area requirments.

ahh ok i didnt know that, i thought they would have put the fog lights down there for visibility....meh haha
