Bring it out on the weekends as long as its not raining or snowing. That's what I do. The turbos like the cold weather too.

You can move to a more suitable climate. That what I did, but it wasn't my primary reason, otherwise it's a great bonus.

Move to a warm climate!! It was a frigid winter day with a high of about 58 degrees in South Carolina I just can't wrap my head around having to store a car for winter. It would be a shame to just watch your car sit, although winter is a good way to keep it low milage. Stay warm!

Get some winter wheels and tires, and take it out whenever the weather is nice. Then wash it and put it away until the next nice day.

It's not doing anyone any good having the car sit in the garage.

Ship your car to California and lease it for $300-350/Day. Daily detailing, visitation rights while vacationing in Orange County/San Diego with your percent of the income, ship it home in April. it could happen.
Here's a local rental for a Z4.

Holy smokes, leasing out a car could provide a better return than the stock market these days! I would be paranoid it would not be treated "properly" (e.g., large parking spots, no smoking, etc.).

Get yourself a set of winter wheels (like the ones below) and enjoy the car whenever the roads are dry out there taking a spin on the Decarie Blvd can be fun I know I lived there for over 20 years

Hi everybody, thanks to all of you who'd share suggestion. some where funny others where impracticable like moving due to my work.i have to say that i'm not compelled to drive the Z on winter. i have another car and a big 4wd pickup truck better suited for ours winter.for the past 30 or so years winterised cars (and motorbikes) had been like a religion for me theres was always a toy in my garage waiting for spring, but anyway you make my day!and speakin of days another one have passed....

I will say that one thing that winter does, is make you appreciate the spring. I find that there really is a spring fever in Montreal!

Ice storms. Although there are only 2-3 snow or ice storms per year, a few inches can shut down the city. Worse is when it mets and re-freezes, becoming ice especially on the secondary roads. Pluys NC springs in March/April are very nice and worth waiting for.
