increase volume on navigation

if i have the radio and navigation on at the same time, you can barley hear the directions over the radio.

its pretty annoying, and i dont want to drive in silence everytime i want to use my navigation. anyone know how to turn that volume up? (i know i can just increase the volume on the radio, but that in turn increases the volume of the music too)

i couldnt find anything obvious in the settings...

All you have to do is turn up or down the volume when she's speaking and it will remember where you set it.

and to make her talk again, turn off her voice, then turn it on and she will repeat what she just said. just make sure to increase the vol before she stops talking again

I set a preset on the radio for voice command on/off (and also one for my home address) and it makes things super easy. I hate hearing directions during my favorite songs but one button and she's back on.

And how do you hear the radio / music when she is speaking - the nav mutes the radio when the nav is speaking, just like it mutes the nav and radio if the phone is active?

Mind you, it is fiddly to adjust the volume of each of nav, radio, phone while they are talking - I often find I am not quick enough and end up adjusting the radio way too loud when I was tryign to get the nav to be louder.
BE better if there was an IDrive page that let you set the volumes independently as well as the "on the fly" adjustment.
