so what are the part# needed to change 3.5i base bumper to 3.5i m bumper?
bumper itself, lower grills, kidneys can be transfered, and some air ducts?

what were all the part numbers you used for the complete job? Very interested in the retrofit.

I didn't know the N54 got a transmission cooler as well. Is it only for DCT equipped cars or maybe only in conjunction with the oil cooler (some 35i cars from 2009 didn't have an oil cooler I'm told)? Or only on the 35is?

Why does it have to be random This is worse than the N54 "Forged internals or not?" lottery discussed elsewhere...

The oil cooler is clearly visible in HerrK's second picture, on the car's right side. At least that's what I think it is. The other side has space for the 35is auxiliary radiator which I'll definitely be wanting to install what with the 100+ degrees summers we "enjoy" here Where does that leave space for the transmission cooler? Oh and doesn't the 35is have a beefier intercooler than the 35i?

i have some questions if you don't mind helping me out. I have the m bumper (come along with the m package) is the process still the same?. Do i still have to replace those "plastic" pieces when remove it?. I just need the bumper remove in order to have access to the fmic.

thanks in advance.

Washer covers are the same for M or non M. Tow hook cover is different for M and non M.

I buy parts from them occasionally, so I'm on their email list. Occasionally they have a free shipping - for orders over $150 or $200. No guarantee they'll do this in the future. Best you can do is register on the site and hope they have a special.

Reviving an old thread .... as its header fits quite well - I aim to perform a small cosmetic surgery on my Zet....

How to replace a "lower mesh grill" on a m-front bumper?

Will I have to dismantle the whole bumper off, or is there any way to perform the surgery "on-site"?

Are the US and UK version of M sport bumper the same? Just wonder if either one has a side marker near the fender.

How hard do I need to pull to get the weather stripping off on the front bumper?
